Frenchelse Gorga Siahaan is an Associate at ADP with a practice focusing on both corporate and litigation matters. She has experience advising clients on contract drafting and negotiation, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate legal affairs, as well as assisting in dispute resolution. Her work includes drafting and reviewing various commercial and cooperation agreements, handling company incorporations and corporate restructuring for affiliated entities, and representing clients in civil and family law proceedings. Prior to joining ADP, she was seconded to a digital gold trading company, where she provided legal support on commercial contracts and regulatory matters. Frenchelse holds a Master of Laws in International Trade Law from Universitas Indonesia and a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Kristen Indonesia. She is also a certified Contract Drafter and Procurement Contract Drafter, reflecting her strong foundation in commercial legal practice.
